Ziraat REIT and APG İnşaat Yatırım A.Ş. has signed off an agreement, on 8th of August 2017, to promise to sell 140 units of Rota Mavi Residential Project (still under construction) located in Yakacık Çarşı Mah. Panorama Sk. Yakacık, Kartal-İstanbul (city development plan 108/1 plot, 2710 plan-island and 399 parcel) to Ziraat REIT for 62.700.000,-TL (VAT included).
